CodeSwitcher

Codeswitcher: This is my user name. It stands for the anthropological term code switching. Code switching is using different languages, dialects, or variations on languages in different contexts. A great example is many African tribes. Each tribe has its own unique dialect of a language, as well as different languages all together. Code switchers are multi-lingual and can speak to each other with different dialects in the same conversation. Imagine speaking Spanish, Italian, and French to someone else who can speak all three meanwhile speaking each sentence in a different language.

I chose to put the Navajo Indians for my picture because they were known as code talkers. Their language is considered to be the hardest language in the world to crack.
